2. PAYMENT IN FULL is required with your order. (Include all packing/handling, and shipping charges. Foreign orders also include all document charges.)

3. USA SHIPPING INFORMATION:
a. All plants will be shipped bare root.
b. Orders that are requested to be held require a 25% non-refundable deposit. 
c. Orders $100.00 to $300.00, please add 10 % for packing, handling, and shipping charges.  Orders over $300.00, please add 5 % for packing and handling. Actual postal charges will be billed separately, if they cannot be determined prior to shipping. Federal Express is available at extra cost (by request).

4. FOREIGN SHIPPING INFORMATION: Minimum order of $1000.00. Plants will be shipped air freight collect. Please provide shipping instruction, port of entry, a copy of your Import Permit, and mailing labels. There is a $100.00 charge for phytosanitary certificate and CITIES documentation. Payment by Bank Check or Money Order to: Marriott Orchids.

5. DISCOUNTS: $500.00 to $1000.00...... 5% discount, 1001.00 to $2,500.00..... 10%, discount $2,501 to $5,000 ..... 15% discount, $5,001 and over is 20% discount.

6. WARRANTY AND EXCLUSIONS: 
a. While every effort is made to produce accurate error free listings, typographical errors occasionally do occur. We would appreciate your bringing any to our attention so that we may make the necessary corrections.
b. It is our intention to supply accurately labeled divisions and/or crosses. In the event that you have received a plant that has been mislabeled, please notify us immediately! Our liability will be limited to the purchase price.
c. Marriott Orchids gives no warranty, implied or expressed as to the productivity of any of the plants we sell and will not in any way be held responsible for the crop. Many of the crosses that we sell are speculative and it is impossible to predict with certainty the outcome of hybrid crosses. The descriptions listed are our best guess for the outcome of that particular cross. Our liability, in all instances, is limited to the purchase price of the plants we sell.
d. If you receive your plants in unsatisfactory condition, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us within 48 hours so that we may rectify the problem.
